In 1888, the Lighthouse Board adopted the use of the Lighthouse Service Pennant. The pennant is triangular-shaped with a white and red border and a blue silhouette of a lighthouse in the center. All of the U.S. Lighthouse Service 's lightships and lighthouse tenders once flew the United States Lighthouse Service flag, and one still currently flies at the Ponce Inlet Light Station. Fly this pennant to show your love for all lighthouses.
